Applicants can select any existing website course, professional pathway, short certificate, vendor bootcamp, or BPO/customer service program. The application is saved to the backend when available, appears in the Management Dashboard, routes notifications to info@smartedgetech-academy.net, and sends applicant welcome emails when SMTP is configured.
